Jim Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Jim Sullivan is the President and CEO of NWN, North America’s leading AI-Powered Technology Solutions Provider. Over the past six years, Jim has transformed NWN into a national technology powerhouse with over 1,000 employees, delivering over $1 billion in sales in 2024. Under his leadership, NWN has been consistently recognized as a ‘Best Place to Work’ and a ‘Fastest Growing Company’ on the INC5000. Jim has also been honored twice by Ernst & Young as an Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist and named one of Boston Magazine’s 150 Most Influential Bostonians.
With more than 30 years of enterprise technology industry experience, Jim has a proven track record of scaling both emerging and established companies for rapid global growth.
Jim led the transformational acquisition of Carousel Industries in 2021, which significantly expanded NWN’s geographical footprint. He also executed a strategic partnership with American Securities in 2024, setting up the company for strong organic and inorganic growth. These strategic moves have been pivotal in driving NWN’s growth and success.
Prior to joining NWN, Jim served as President of Actifio from February 2011 until May 2019, driving the cloud software company to a unicorn valuation of $1.3 billion, with more than 3,500 global customers and a 50% CAGR, ultimately leading to a successful acquisition by Google in December 2020. He led sales, presales, channels, OEM distribution, and co-developed Actifio’s company strategy from pre-revenue through high-growth, cash-flow positive operations, and holds two US patents (#10613938 and #10691659) for data virtualization.
Before Actifio, Jim served as President of enterprise storage provider XIV, where he was responsible for business direction and go-to-market model, including sales, marketing, and global services. After XIV was acquired by IBM in 2008, Jim ran the business for three years as VP of IBM Storage, generating over $1 billion in total sales. Previously, Jim was CEO of CentrePath Network, and prior to that, he spent 12 years helping to grow EMC Corporation from $80 million to more than $10 billion in annual global sales, serving in several senior management positions culminating in SVP of Sales.
Jim has also served as a Board Director of AppIQ until its acquisition by HP in 2005, and of Diligent, a deduplication software pioneer acquired by IBM. He served as a Board Director of Titus – a Blackstone Company – from 2018 until its acquisition by HelpSystems in 2020. Currently, Jim serves on the board of CDS, a New State Capital Partners portfolio company.
Under Jim’s leadership, NWN has continued to accelerate innovation and growth, solidifying its position as a leader in the technology enabled services market.
Noah Asher, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Noah Asher brings 30 years of financial leadership experience to NWN. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Noah is responsible for overseeing all areas of accounting, financial operations, treasury, and planning and analysis. His strategic financial oversight has been instrumental in driving NWN’s growth and success.
Most recently, Noah served as CFO of IPC Systems, a leading fintech provider to global capital market participants, where he directed all areas of accounting, financial operations, treasury, and planning and analysis. Prior to IPC, Noah also served as CFO at DMI and CompuCom Systems, where he played a key role in financial management and strategic planning.
Noah has also held senior financial leadership roles at Unisys Global Managed Services and Intelsat, where he gained extensive experience in managing financial operations and driving business growth. His expertise in financial management has been pivotal in supporting NWN’s strategic initiatives and ensuring the company’s financial stability.
Noah earned a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Wharton. In addition, he holds a Master’s Degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Pennsylvania’s The Lauder Institute.

Jack Lodge, EVP, Customer Success
Jack Lodge is NWN’s Executive Vice President of Customer Success, responsible for leading the Customer Experience, Engineering, Professional Services, Managed Services, and Technology & Systems organizations. With more than 30 years of leadership experience in technology and managed service solutions, Jack has a proven record of successfully growing and scaling technology companies for private equity and venture investors.
Under Jack’s leadership, NWN has transformed into a Technology Services industry leader delivering AI powered Managed Services to thousands of customers, ensuring customers enjoy exceptional experiences resulting in NWN’s world class Net Promoter Score of 75. Leveraging NWN’s Experience Management Platform (EMP) to deliver and support its services, Jack’s team delivers Unified IT Management Solutions across the entire portfolio of NWN offering.
Prior to joining NWN, Jack served as President of Global Capacity, a data connectivity marketplace platform that he helped grow 500% leading to the company’s acquisition by GTT Communications (NYSE:GTT). Before his tenure at Global Capacity, Jack held leadership positions at CentrePath, GiantLoop, Nortel Networks, Bay Networks, and Wellfleet Communications.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
Andrew Gilman, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Andrew Gilman is NWN’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), responsible for overseeing the company’s branding and storytelling, corporate communications, press and analyst relations, demand generation, strategic alliances, sales enablement, and field and digital marketing functions. Andrew brings over 20 years of experience leading successful go-to-market (GTM) organizations for private equity, venture-backed, and publicly traded B2B technology companies.
Most recently, Andrew served as the Chief Revenue/Marketing Officer for Immuta, an AI pioneer in data security, where he led global sales and marketing efforts that resulted in a $20M Series B funding round and recently a $1B+ valuation. Prior to Immuta, he held executive positions at Actifio, including General Manager for their SaaS/Cloud portfolio and as a founding member of the marketing team, where he built and operated the demand generation, inside sales, corporate, and channel marketing teams globally.
Before joining Actifio, Andrew led solutions marketing for EqualLogic, which was acquired by Dell for $1.4B. Prior to Dell, he held various product marketing leadership roles at EMC, including leading marketing for the mid-range storage software portfolio, after graduating from EMC’s Leadership Development Program (MLDP).
Andrew frequently contributes articles to industry publications, speaks at industry events, and serves as an advisor to emerging technology startups. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the Boston University School of Management and lives outside of Boston with his wife, son, and daughter.
Dan Tassone, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Dan Tassone is NWN’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), responsible for the integration, alignment, and execution of all revenue-related functions, including field sales, pre-sale engineering, sales and revenue operations, and business partnerships. Dan plays a pivotal role in driving NWN’s revenue growth and ensuring the success of our sales strategies.
Prior to the acquisition of Carousel Industries by NWN, Dan led Carousel’s U.S. sales organization of over 100 account executives, playing a key role in the company’s record growth. Under his leadership, Dan consistently grew the company’s profitability, including a 50% increase in Managed Services and an impressive growth of Cisco’s business from $4.9M to over $150M in just four years.
With over 25 years of IT experience, Dan has a proven track record of building, managing, and motivating high-performing sales teams. He has delivered record year-over-year revenue growth, EBITDA, and industry-leading NPS scores. Before joining Carousel, Dan led sales teams for Consultedge as EVP and VP of Sales for SPS, both focused on the IT integrator space and nationally recognized by Avaya and Cisco as top partners.
Dan holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a BSBA in Finance from the University of Akron.
Dean Fernandes, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Dean Fernandes is NWN’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), responsible for leading our technology and product strategies, as well as the execution of our core business offerings and our platform differentiator, the Experience Management Platform (EMP). Dean plays a critical role in the growth and success of our company, with a strong focus on delivering world-class service to our customers.
With over 25 years of progressive experience in IT Management, Managed Services, and Product Development, Dean is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence in Modern Workplace solutions. His extensive background in enterprise technologies and IT services has enabled him to consistently deliver strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
In his most recent role as Vice President of Engineering and Technology at DXC, Dean was accountable for the strategy, management, and engineering of their Workplace Offering portfolio. He was instrumental in the creation and management of DXC’s Modern Workplace Intelligent Automation and AI Portfolio, showcasing his ability to lead cutting-edge technology initiatives.
Dean’s leadership and vision are pivotal to NWN’s success, as he continues to drive technological advancements and ensure that our offerings remain at the forefront of the industry.
Prior to DXC Technology, Dean held leadership positions at Pearson Education and Nortel where he was responsible for managing and developing Workplace technologies and services.
Matt Curran, SVP, Corporate Development
Matt Curran has been instrumental in transforming NWN’s financial landscape since joining the company. Leading the finance team through 2021, Matt built it into a world-class organization that provided the liquidity and internal business services necessary for NWN to scale and achieve record revenue and profitability.
In 2022, Matt transitioned to lead NWN’s Corporate Development team, where he is responsible for all strategic M&A efforts. Under his leadership, NWN has completed multiple successful acquisitions and M&A processes, including the acquisition of Carousel Industries in 2021, a new partnership with American Securities in 2024, and the successful acquisition of Leverage Information Systems in 2024. These strategic moves have expanded NWN’s geographical footprint and extended its reach into the Federal IT segment.
Matt plays a key role on our executive staff, helping to identify and execute mergers, acquisitions, and raise the capital required to support these transactions. His strategic vision and leadership have been pivotal in driving NWN’s growth and success.
Prior to joining NWN, Matt was the CFO, Partner, and Board Member at P&B Intermodal Services, a transportation equipment provider. He also founded and served as Executive Director of The 33 Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping spinal cord injury patients maximize their recovery potential. Matt has held finance leadership roles at Global Capacity, PerkinElmer, and Iron Mountain Digital, after beginning his corporate career at EMC. He holds a Master’s in Accounting from Bentley College and both MBA and undergraduate degrees from Providence College.
Andrea Morrison, Chief People Officer
Andrea Morrison is the Chief People Officer at NWN, responsible for ensuring the company is positioned as an employer of choice through programs focused on people strategy, talent acquisition, total rewards, ID&E, and leadership development efforts. She plays a critical role as an advisor to the Executive Leadership team by ensuring scalable HR solutions and supporting the organization’s growth-oriented culture.
Andrea has been instrumental in creating a world-class HR organization that supports NWN’s culture of excellence, resulting in an impressive 86 Employee NPS score. She also spearheaded the Empower leadership development program, which has been pivotal in nurturing and developing future leaders within the company
Prior to joining NWN, Andrea had 15 years of progressive leadership experience in both supply chain and human resources at Carrier Corporation and Collins Aerospace. She is a passionate advocate for veterans and recently launched NWN’s Veteran’s United affinity group. Additionally, Andrea supports the award-winning, Stronger TogetHER affinity group, to promote team diversity and caretaker advocacy in the NWN workplace.
Before joining Collins Aerospace, Andrea served for nine years as an active-duty Army Officer and with the Massachusetts National Guard. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University.
In her leisure time, Andrea enjoys living in New Hampshire with her husband and cheering on her two sons in soccer and lacrosse.

Andrew Wasynczuk
Board Member, a Senior Lecturer of Business Administration at Harvard Business School (HBS) and former Chief Operating Officer of the New England Patriots, brings a wealth of experience in business operations and negotiation. During his tenure with the Patriots, he managed daily business operations and led critical negotiations, including those for building Gillette Stadium. “I am honored to join the NWN Board and contribute my expertise to the company’s continued growth and success,” said Wasynczuk. “As one of Massachusetts’s largest and fastest growing private companies, I believe NWN is poised to continue leading the industry in next-generation technology services.”
Michael Barrett
Board Member, former Head of Strategy & Innovation at Wells Fargo International and current Trustee of the University of Pennsylvania, has a storied career in finance, and innovation. Barrett was pivotal in leading global growth strategy, entity optimization, and regulatory engagement at Wells Fargo. Before Wells Fargo, he held significant leadership roles at GE and GE Capital, including CEO of GE Capital Money China. “NWN’s culture of operational excellence, innovation and customer-centricity resonates deeply with me,” said Barrett. “I am eager to leverage my expertise to help the company continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in the modern workplace.”
Edison Peres
Board Member, former Senior Vice President at Cisco Systems, brings decades of experience in the technology industry. As a recognized global thought leader and business innovator, Peres has pioneered many of Cisco’s innovative sales and channel strategies.
