Dan is responsible for Carousel’s eastern and south central U.S. sales organization and plays an integral role in building and leading the company’s growth plans. He has nearly 25 years of IT experience and holds an impressive track record of building, managing, and motivating sales teams. At Carousel, he continues to successfully grow Cisco business at record numbers YoY and has been instrumental in increasing cloud and managed services sales. Prior to Carousel, Dan ran sales teams as EVP of Sales for Consultedge and VP of Sales for SPS, both focused in the IT integrator space and nationally recognized by Avaya and Cisco as top partners.

A highly accomplished technologist with 20+ years of success in Networking, Security, Unified Communications, Hosted Services, and Cloud Computing. An engineer by trade, Alvaro previously leadi engineering (presales and delivery), solutions and business architecture, business development, sales and strategic planning and product/service development at NWN Corporation. Alvaro currently holds several highly regarded certifications including CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert) in three disciplines (Routing and Switching, Security and Voice) and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
