Amanda DeMayo, Cari Fisher, and Lauren Gonzalez Spotlighted on the 2025 Women of the Channel List; Krystina Silva Recognized on Power 80 Solution Provider List

NWN is proud to announce that four of our outstanding leaders have been recognized on CRN’s prestigious 2025 Women of the Channel list, which honors women whose vision, leadership, and dedication are shaping the IT channel through supporting the success of their partners and customers.

Congratulations to Amanda DeMayo, Cari Fisher, and Lauren Gonzalez for being named to the Women of the Channel list—and a special shoutout to Krystina Silva, who was named to the elite Power 80 Solution Provider list, which recognizes the most influential women leaders driving channel success at solution provider organizations, including some of the country’s most prominent IT integrators, managed service providers, value-added resellers and consultants.

These recognitions underscore NWN’s continued commitment to advancing women in technology and empowering leaders who are redefining what’s possible for our customers, partners, and communities. They also give us the opportunity to spotlight each leader’s outstanding contributions—each driving innovation, mentorship, and impact across the organization and the broader channel ecosystem.

Amanda DeMayo, Senior Director of Managed Services, was featured on the Women of the Channel list for her dedication to mentorship. Through one-on-one coaching, DeMayo provided tailored advice, shared industry insights, and offered constructive feedback to help colleagues achieve both short-term goals and long-term aspirations. By leveraging the knowledge and insights gained from the Channel’s conferences and various webcasts throughout the year, DeMayo regularly brought these learnings back to the NWN team and broader community, sharing trends, best practices, and actionable strategies. Amanda ensured that NWN’s collective approach remained innovative and well-informed, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Cari Fisher, Named Account Executive, was highlighted by CRN for her strong performance and extensive experience in sales. As a Sales Account Executive, Fisher closed $31M in revenue for NWN in 2024, a significant achievement for the company. This year, Fisher partnered with American Cancer Society to coordinate 14 breast cancer walks nationwide for NWN members, raising $26,580.67 for the American Cancer Society. The walks also gave members networking opportunities to collaborate with other industry leaders locally and nationwide for an important cause. Currently, Fisher serves as Giving Back Director for the  Stronger TogetHER affinity group, where she collaborates with women company-wide to foster connections within NWN’s dynamic partner community.

Lauren Gonzalez, Manager of Managed Service Operations, was recognized by CRN for her critical role in developing a strategic mentoring program and launching a growth-focused book club for NWN’s women’s network. With 32 pairings, the mentoring program connected emerging talent with experienced mentors, providing guidance, career insights, and opportunities for skill development. It has strengthened the pipeline of future leaders and created lasting relationships across different levels of the organization. The book club facilitated meaningful discussions around vulnerability, leadership, and collaboration, fostering a culture of openness and continuous learning. These efforts not only strengthened internal engagement but also positioned NWN as an active participant in the Women of the Channel mission to elevate women in technology and leadership. Her commitment to fostering professional and personal development has enhanced NWN’s reputation within the channel while directly supporting the development and success of the organization’s female leaders.

Krystina Silva, VP of Strategic Planning and Projects, was featured on the 2025 Women of the Channel Power 80 Solution Provider list. As an accomplished executive appreciated for orchestrating collaboration, creating effective partnerships across organizational lines, and establishing leadership around organizational change, Krystina has played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a premier AI-powered tech services provider.  Krystina is also passionate about the development of others and in supporting the advancement of women into higher levels of leadership. In 2023, she led the launch of NWN’s first affinity group, Stronger TogetHER, which aims to empower women by fostering connections, providing professional development opportunities, and amplifying female voices. Currently, Krystina serves as the Executive Chair of Stronger TogetHER.

Jennifer Follett, VP, U.S. Content and Executive Editor, CRN at The Channel Company states: “It’s an honor to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of these women, who are leaders and change-makers in the IT channel. Each woman spotlighted on this list has shown exceptional dedication to building creative strategies that propel transformation, growth, and success for their organizations and the entire IT channel. We are pleased to spotlight their important contributions and look forward to their future success.”

At NWN, we couldn’t agree more. We’re incredibly proud to see our leaders celebrated among such an inspiring group of women who are shaping the future of the IT channel.
