One Incredible First Year — We All We Got. We All We Need.

“We all we got. We all we need.”

A partnership built for the biggest moments

When NWN and The Kraft Group announced this partnership last April, we weren’t talking about a typical vendor relationship. We were talking about a long-term commitment to modernize infrastructure, enable AI-powered experiences, and elevate the fan, player, coach, and employee experience across the Kraft enterprise—from Gillette Stadium to the Patriots’ new training facility and beyond to the recently approved Revolution Stadium

And then the season happened. The lights got brighter. The stakes got higher. And the rallying cry that carried New England—“We all we got, We all we need”—became more than a slogan. It became a lived truth: a mindset that shows up when the pressure hits and the outcome still has to be delivered.

Year One wasn’t just tech — it was community

Here’s what I’ve learned firsthand: the Kraft Organization doesn’t separate performance from purpose. The same culture of excellence that shows up on Sundays shows up in the community every day through the Patriots Foundation. That’s why some of the most meaningful moments for me had nothing to do with scoreboards.

Patriots Foundation Kickoff Gala

Early in the season, NWN was proud to sponsor the Patriots Foundation Kickoff Gala—an experience that set the tone for how deeply this partnership would integrate into the region we call home. It was also where we built real relationships—like the one I’m grateful to have with Jaylann Hawkins (#21)—that remind you this is about people first.

Veterans Day: Frost Call at Gillette Stadium

On Veterans Day, we partnered with the Patriots Foundation and Frost Call to help bring veterans and their families together for an evening of connection, gaming, and gratitude at Gillette Stadium. Frost Call’s mission—supporting veterans through community and shared passion—hits close to home for NWN, and I’m proud we showed up alongside the Kraft team and other partners to make it happen.

Building the next generation of innovators

This week, we’re taking another step—kicking off the Adopt-a-School work with Boston Public Schools, supporting the Patriots Foundation’s selection of Mattahunt Elementary School in Boston as the team’s 2025 Adopt-a-School. Mattahunt’s story is powerful: a community-driven turnaround and a school on the rise—exactly the kind of momentum we want to fuel with access, opportunity, and modern learning environments.

For NWN this is hands-on. I’ll be personally teaching a prompt engineering class for 5th graders—because AI literacy shouldn’t be reserved for adults with job titles. It should belong to every curious mind. We’re refreshing the school’s Technology Innovation Lab to help students create, explore, and build with confidence. And we’re bringing in renowned artist Eamon White, of the NFL’s My Cause, My Cleat fame, to create a mural that celebrates the partnership between the Patriots Foundation, NWN, and the students—incorporating the kids’ own AI-powered creations into the final design.

Thank you — to The Kraft Group and to the NWN team

To the entire Kraft Organization—thank you for your trust, your partnership, and your relentless commitment to excellence. This five-year journey is ambitious by design, and it’s an honor to build alongside leaders who think long-term and execute with discipline.

To the Patriots Foundation, led by Donna Spigarolo, thank you for welcoming us into work that matters. You don’t just represent a team; you represent a community mission that shows up all year long.

And to the NWN team: I’m proud to support you all. Proud of the sales teams, engineers, project leaders, operators, and customer-obsessed professionals who keep raising the bar. This partnership is big in the headlines, but it’s bigger in the day-to-day execution that you continue to focus on.

Looking ahead: Year Two starts now

This season reminded us that the best organizations don’t wait for the future—they build it. With the foundation we’re laying across infrastructure, managed services, and AI-powered capabilities, we’re positioned to keep elevating experiences at Gillette Stadium, across the Kraft enterprise, and throughout New England.

Whether it’s a season, a transformation program, or a classroom full of 5th graders learning how to talk to AI, the magic is always the same: people coming together to build something bigger than themselves.

Let’s go. On to Year Two.
