Momentum Builds for NWN’s Metropolitan Summit: A Glimpse Into the Future of Work

We’re just days away from our Metropolitan Summit in Bedminster, NJ—and I couldn’t be more excited about what we’ve got planned for this exclusive, executive-level gathering.

This year’s theme—“Delivering Exceptional Experiences in the New Era of Work”—goes beyond buzzwords. It’s a focused conversation on how forward-thinking IT and business leaders are transforming the workplace through AI, predictive service models, digital trust, and secure hybrid environments. We’re not just talking about the future of work—we’re shaping it.

I’m especially looking forward to moderating a keynote discussion with Brian Gonzalez, Executive in Residence for AI & the Future of Work at Jobs for the Future. Brian brings unmatched insight into how AI can augment human capabilities, drive inclusive innovation, and improve employee and customer experiences. This session will lay the groundwork for what promises to be an energized, peer-led panel featuring some of the sharpest minds in technology:

Vincent DiStasi, VP, CIO, Grove City College

Robert Esposito, CIO, ISG

Brian Gonzalez, Executive in Residence for AI & Future of Work at JFF

Michael Israel, CIO, The Kraft Group

Peter Matamala, SVP, Information Technology, HomeServe

Scott Powell, VP, Technology & Innovation, RareMed Solutions

These leaders will discuss how they’re navigating significant shifts in the workplace—and the bold decisions they’re making to lead their organizations into the AI era. The format is intentionally conversational to allow for real talk, not scripted soundbites.

And yes—this summit is about business and balance. We’ve carved out time for relationship-building with a golf day at the exclusive Trump Bedminster Golf Course. This unique setting creates space for deeper conversations and the kind of networking that stirs real change.

What makes NWN events special is the combination of substance, storytelling, and shared purpose. We’re not here to pitch products—we’re here to empower customers and partners with practical strategies to thrive in the new world of work.

What to Expect:

  • Honest dialogue around what’s working—and what’s not—in AI adoption
  • Strategies to enhance digital experiences and employee well-being
  • Peer insights on predictive services, hybrid work, and secure infrastructures
  • Real examples of aligning technology investments with business outcomes

This summit is part of a larger vision to bring our community together throughout the year. With our Annual Newport Summit just around the corner (June 16–18), we’re continuing to build momentum as we help our customers modernize their workplace experiences.
