As the leader of Talent at NWN, this recognition is particularly meaningful to me. Creating an exceptional employee experience is not something that happens by chance. It requires listening, learning, and a commitment to continuous improvement. My team and I are incredibly passionate about this work because we know that our people are at the heart of everything we do.

Each year, we invest significant time and energy into understanding the employee experience. We carefully design engagement surveys, review hundreds of employee comments, and partner closely with leaders across the organization to identify areas where we’re doing well and opportunities where we can do better. This year alone, our team read and analyzed more than 1,200 comments, looking for insights that help shape the future of NWN. Every piece of feedback matters because every employee voice matters.

What makes NWN a great place to work starts with a culture that values openness, collaboration, and growth. We are committed to creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to make an impact.
